  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error.

  • Personal care items (e.g., bath products, beauty tools) once opened, for hygiene reasons.
